Cancellations

Booking Policies Booking and Session Policies Scheduling & Rescheduling: Sessions are available on a first come first serve basis. Members paying subscription plans are able to book recurring sessions. Package payments and per session purchases must book through the online booking system, which allows booking to be completed up to 2 weeks ahead. Private sessions and Mini Group bookings must be canceled at least 24 hours ahead of the session. Class bookings must be cancelled or rescheduled at least 12 hours in advance via email, text, or the online booking platform. All cancellations within these windows will be considered late cancellations. Sessions are provided on a use it or lose it basis. Sessions are subject to expiration at the end of the billing cycle unless otherwise arranged with Codi. Late Cancellations, Late Arrivals and No-Shows: All late cancellations will be marked as redeemed and are not eligible for credit. Private session credits may be bought back at $25 for a 30 minute session and $65 for an hour session. Group class credits may be bought back at the rate of $15 per booking in the case of late cancellations. All reschedules for late cancelled sessions are subject to availability. Clients are required to communicate late arrivals, when they will be 10 or more minutes late to a session, regardless of the time of the session. Any arrival 10 minutes or more late, without prior communication, will result in session forfeiture. Conduct & Termination: Zero Tolerance Policy: Inappropriate behavior (e.g., verbal abuse, harassment, aggression) will result in immediate termination without refund. Codi reserves the right to terminate the trainer-client relationship if a client engages in unsafe, reckless, or inappropriate conduct, violates membership policies, becomes a liability to Codi, Elevating 8, or affiliated facilities.
